Digitalisation, de-risked

Know where to start. De-risk where you invest next.

Forever Foundry has rebuilt consulting on AI to uncover where your organisation should focus, what is worth investing in, and what should happen first.

Watch

Introducing Forever Foundry.

Spend less finding out where to start.

One client paid £15,800 for work benchmarked at £490,750. That’s 96.8% below the benchmark, because we rebuilt the traditional consulting process around AI.

We’ve changed the economics of consulting. That’s the FOFO Process™.

The problem

Which of these have you said out loud?

You don’t need more technology. You need one ranked list everyone believes. Pick a symptom and we’ll show you the client who had it.

Or keep scrolling: the method, the proof and the numbers are all below.

Show me who fixed it

You picked: strategy lives in decks nobody re-opens

How Siemens Digital Industries Software fixed it

Siemens

A ranking that gets reviewed, not filed.

The FOFO Process™ produces a live ranking with the scoring record attached, so it can be re-opened, challenged and changed rather than archived.

“This is why you are so good at what you do: you don’t just keep going on, assuming you are right or relevant. You keep reviewing and changing.”

You picked: IT and the business rank different things

How Merck fixed it

Merck

One list, scored by both sides.

Both functions score the same opportunities on the same scales, so the ranking is settled by evidence rather than by whoever argued hardest.

“Agentic AI interviewed everyone from shop floor to senior leadership. It found over 150 precise friction points and fixes, backed by evidence rather than opinion.”

Mauricio Camargo

Head of Operations UK & Israel, Merck Life Sciences

You picked: projects that never show value

How Park Cakes fixed it

Park Cakes

Value and complexity scored before you commit.

Every opportunity is scored on business value against delivery complexity before anything is funded, so the sequence reflects what will actually land.

“Slid3rs™ then helped us prioritise those opportunities with data, not guesswork, turning noise into signal. We achieved a clear, actionable roadmap.”

Jon Sweeting

Group Manufacturing Director, Park Cakes

You picked: twenty good ideas and no way to pick three

UK automotive manufacturer

Hundreds of ideas, one ordered roadmap.

The diagnostic gathers every idea in the business, then the scoring reduces it to an order your leadership team can defend.

“They turned hundreds of disconnected ideas into one prioritised roadmap the whole business believed in.”

Evidence

Proof, not promises.

Named clients, in their words, describing the same outcome: one prioritised view their leadership could act on.

Merck

“It gave us, for the first time, a single evidence-based, prioritised view of where digital investment would work hardest for us.”

Head of Operations UK & Israel, Merck

“Slid3rs™ helped us prioritise with data, not guesswork, turning noise into signal.”

The Forever Foundry Process™

A three-step way to get from noise to a defensible roadmap.

The method is the mechanism, not the pitch. Each step produces an artefact the next step depends on.

100% of the scoring is done by your own people. You score it. We run the method.

01AI Compass™

02Slid3rs™

Prioritise by value and complexity

Every opportunity scored on business value against delivery complexity, so the ranking reflects what actually matters rather than who argued hardest. Your own people do the scoring.

Who this is for

Built for leadership teams with more good ideas than shared priorities.

The FOFO Process™ suits mid-market and enterprise organisations, typically from around 200 people up, and SMEs where a real investment decision is on the table. The common factor is not size or sector: it is that the work spans functions or sites, and no single function can settle the order on its own.

Organisation size

Mid-market and enterprise leadership teams, usually 200 to 10,000 people, across one or many sites. Smaller organisations get value where the decision is genuinely contested and the spend is material.

Who commissions it

Chief operating officers and operations directors, CIOs and IT directors, transformation and digital leads, group manufacturing and supply chain directors, and chief executives in owner-managed businesses. Finance is usually in the room by the ranking stage.

Sectors

Our early clients are in manufacturing and multi-site operations, including food production, life sciences and automotive. The method is sector-neutral: it applies anywhere functions hold different views of the same priority list, from logistics and retail operations to professional services and the public sector.

Where it is not the right fit: a single team with one obvious answer, or a decision leadership has already made and funded. In both cases the diagnostic tells you what you know.

The alternative

Compared to a strategy deck, this actually moves.

Typical approach
Forever Foundry
Top-down assumptions
Bottom-up, organisation-wide evidence
A static slide deck
A live roadmap teams act on
IT and the business score differently
One shared, quantified priority list
Buy-in sought after the fact

Where to start

Start with one question, not a full engagement.

AI Compass™ is the easiest way to find out where you stand: a bespoke diagnostic you can run in weeks, with a clear read-out at the end. Continue into Slid3rs™ and FlowRoom® only if it’s the right next step for you.
